My husband and I chose La Cimbali over other brands because we felt more confidence with the dealer,EPC by offering support and spare parts when they will be needed. I know still very little about all the aspects involved in coffee preparation but I am committed to learn more to able to contribute in developing and enhancing culture of coffee here in my country. Tasting the different blends that Cimbali had on the stand along with different profiles, which showed more than ever that there is not 1 profile for every blend but by fine tuning the profiles for a blend you could bring out such characteristics that you never thought would come through. It was a great pleasure to spend time with Francesco, Alberto and many other people involved in the exhibition to explore to potential of brewing the ultimate shot from the beans and how quickly using the HD we could dial it in shot after shot.
